About Your Workplace

Join Miele's Direct to Customer Projects team and play a key role in delivering premium appliance solutions for some of Australia's leading residential and commercial developments. As a Project Coordinator, you'll work closely with Business Development Managers, builders, developers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects progress smoothly from initial order through to final delivery. This is an exciting chance for a highly organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, coordinating multiple projects and contributing to the success of a collaborative sales team. Your Responsibilities

- Coordinate project orders from enquiry through to completion, ensuring accurate order processing, scheduling and delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, site managers and other key project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle




- Support Business Development Managers by managing customer enquiries, maintaining CRM records and coordinating project documentation
- Liaise with Planning, Finance, Customer Service and Logistics teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and customer expectations are met
- Monitor project progress, provide regular updates and proactively resolve issues that may impact delivery or customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies, supply agreements and commercial processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project coordination, operational efficiency and the customer experience

What We Are Looking For

- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities
- Strong customer service focus and the ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex administrative processes accurately
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience using CRM systems
- Experience in project coordination, sales support or customer service
- Exposure to the construction, residential development or building industry
- Experience working with builders, developers or trade customers
- Business qualification or relevant industry experience
