About the Role

Reporting directly to you Sales Management Lead, you will be responsible for growing sales across a defined territory through a combination of new business acquisition, account management, and execution excellence.

This is a hands‑on field sales role where you'll have the freedom to manage your territory while being supported by a passionate and experienced team.

This position will be based in Western & North West metro and Regional West & North areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation




- Expand distribution and increase market penetration across your territory
- Build strong relationships with retailers, foodservice operators and key customers
- Execute sales strategies, promotional programs and business initiatives
- Analyse sales data and identify growth opportunities within your customer base
- Ensure strong in‑store execution, merchandising and shelf presence
- Manage and grow an established territory.
- Report on sales performance and business development activities

About You

You are motivated by results, enjoy working independently and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Proven long term experience in FMCG, beverage, Route, P&C; or foodservice sales
- A strong track record of winning current business and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Commercial negotiation and objection‑handling capability
- Strong organisational and territory management skills
- Confidence using technology, sales systems and reporting tools
- A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a desire to succeed
- A current Australian driver's licence

Highly Regarded

- Experience within the beverage industry
- Existing relationships within convenience, independent grocery, foodservice or route channels
