Benandi Management Benandi Management Pty Ltd t/a The Coffee Mob is seeking a full time Hospitality & Events Manager to lead the planning and delivery of mobile coffee and beverage services for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences and related functions. Working closely with clients, venues and event personnel, you will coordinate event requirements, service schedules, equipment and staffing to deliver reliable, professional and high-quality hospitality experiences.

You will also supervise event-service staff, maintain service and safety standards, monitor operational resources and support continuous improvement across event delivery. Benefits Competitive salary, work accross premium venues such as the MCG and MCEC Task & responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate coffee and beverage service delivery for conferences, exhibitions, corporate functions and similar events.
- Liaise with clients, venue contacts and event organisers to confirm service requirements, event schedules, access arrangements, staffing needs and agreed delivery standards.
- Prepare event run sheets and coordinate equipment, signage, displays and service logistics, including safe bump-in and bump-out activity.
- Allocate, brief,



train and supervise baristas and event-service staff; monitor service standards and address operational issues during events.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, food safety, workplace health and safety, and any applicable responsible-service-of-alcohol requirements.
- Monitor stock, consumables and equipment needed for scheduled events; report shortages, faults, incidents and service variations to the Director.
- Maintain accurate operational records, including event instructions, staffing allocations, equipment requirements, incident reports and post-event feedback.
- Assist the Director with practical event budgets, supplier coordination, service-quality improvements and customer issue resolution, where these responsibilities are genuinely allocated to the role.

Qualification & experience

- At least one year of experience in hospitality management.
- A Diploma in hospitality, business or a related field.
- Experience with coffee-service equipment, corporate venues or mobile-event hospitality operations.
