Title: Professional Waiter Occupation: Trade Waiter (ANZSCO ) Salary: $79,500 - $ 90,000 plus super Hours: Full time Company: Roy Hammond Pty Ltd Location: 24-28 Armstrong St N., Ballarat 3350 Hours: Full time-38 hours per week Experience Required: Qualifications plus min 1 year in a relevant role Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for a temporary work visa will be considered for eligible candidates. Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include

- Prepare and set tables to ensure a welcoming and organised dining environment
- Greet guests warmly, present menus and beverage lists, and provide recommendations as needed
- Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff




- Provide wine, cocktail and spirit pairing recommendations and assist guests in making informed choices
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Open and serve wine and other make other beverages by service standards
- Explicit tables, return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area
- Remove empty bottles and used glassware from tables; refill or replace as needed
- Process customer payments using POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
