- Reverse Marketing— Identify and convert new job opportunities through proactive engagement
- Job Readiness Workshops— Deliver engaging sessions on resumes, interviews, and workplace skills
- Strengths BasedMatching— Connect jobseekers to roles that align with their abilities and goals
- Workplace Assessments— Ensure environments are safe, accessible, and culturally inclusive

- Experienced insales,recruitment,employment services,employer engagement,ordiversity hiringwith an ability to address objections, employer engagement, employment services, or diversity hiring
- A confident communicator who builds trustand rapportquickly
- Passionate about inclusion, accessibility, andperson‑centredsupport
- Tech‑savvyand comfortable navigating multiple systems
- Able to obtain a National Police Check, Blue Card, and holda valid driver’s licence
- A likefor beingout and abouttalking to employers and people in the community.
