While remaining connected to industry to support students to pathway toward low-rise and medium-rise Building Design licensing.

You deliver an outcome focussed student experience through contemporary and person-centred teaching methodologies and philosophies.

About you

You are a qualified industry professional with the following;

- CPP50921 Diploma of Building Design (or equivalent / higher qualification)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent qualification)
- A strong background in Residential and/or Commercial Building Design in Australia, with the ability to demonstrate current industry practice.
- Strong industry connections and ability to engage partnerships that provide students with meaningful real-world exposure and industry opportunities.
- Proficiency in CAD Software (ArchiCAD).
- The ability to develop and deliver curriculum, assess student projects and assist students in achieving technical competencies.
- A collaborative, team focused approach,



with strong communication and mentoring skills.

About the position

- Based at TAFE Queensland's modern, state-of-the-art Coomera Campus.
- We are offering full time and part-time fixed-term, as well as casual employment opportunities through to December 2027, with the potential for extension.
- Salary range is $92,930 – 105,218 per annum (gross), plus 12.75% employer superannuation contributions.
- 17.5% leave loading, paid as lump sum in early December.
