We are advertising on behalf of our client (Jervis Bay Wild) Position: Chef Location: Jervis Bay NSW 2540 Salary: $79,000 - $82,000 plus Superannuation Our client 'Jervis Bay Wild' is looking for a Chef to join their growing kitchen team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Creating menu items, recipes and dishes, ensuring variety and quality
- Working closely with the Executive Chef to develop menu ideas
- Managing daily production and planning
- Determining food inventory needs, ordering and stocking
- Controlling kitchen operational costs
- Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
- Ensuring the kitchen meets all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Maintain a climate of cooperation and respect between teammates
- Train junior kitchen staff
- Prepare and cook food based on recipe guidelines

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Relevant qualification/s
- Prior experience in a similar role/setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for cooking
