Daydream Island Resort is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to lead the kitchen in your designated outlet on the Whitsunday Islands. You will support the Executive Chef, inspire your team, and uphold the highest standards of quality, consistency and creativity in every plate.
You will drive menu planning, stock control and food safety, mentor a skilled kitchen crew, and contribute to guest satisfaction with memorable dining experiences in a rapid-paced resort setting.
