BUMA Australia is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Advisor to support our Goonyella and Blackwater operations in Central Queensland. The role requires SAP experience, solid HR advisory skills, and ability to travel regularly to sites.

You will manage onboarding, investigations, disciplinary processes, workforce planning and reporting dashboards, partnering with the Senior HR Advisor to drive culture initiatives across projects.
