As part of our team, you will apply your skills and knowledge in one of our divisional workshops, preparing and assembling specialised processing equipment for applications across food, dairy, wine, and a wide range of other industrial sectors.
About the position:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician to join our tight-knit Production team. In this role, you will contribute to a streamlined workflow, managing tasks from receiving parts and equipment assembly, through to final packing and dispatch.
Your key tasks would include:
Perform mechanical component quality checks, mechanical assembly, and packing of equipment or spare parts.
Inspect incoming goods against specifications and standards.
Prepare and dispatch outgoing goods.
Work with production to meet schedules and deadlines.
Complete all required documentation and electronic records accurately.
Key Selection Criteria:
Mechanical trade qualification with proven fitting/assembly experience.
Proficient in English and able to interpret engineering drawings/specs.
Solid attention to detail and quality focus.
Team-oriented, proactive, have a can-do attitude and positive.
Computer literate; quick to learn new systems.
