The Football Development Manager is responsible forsupporting the Sporting Director in the delivery of SydneyFC's football strategy across the A-League Men, A-LeagueWomen and Academy programs. Working closely with theSporting Director and Academy Director, the role overseesthe Club's player development pathway, ensuring alignmentbetween the Academy and
First Team while assistingacross recruitment, player management, football operationsand strategic football projects. Working collaboratively withcoaches and football staff, the role helps create anintegrated football workplace that maximises playerdevelopment, supports succession planning andstrengthens the Club's long-term football strategy.
