Eurest is seeking a skilled Sous Chef / Baker to lead our in-house bakery, crafting breads and baked goods from scratch in a high-volume environment in Brisbane. You will manage a small team, uphold quality and safety standards, and collaborate on menu development with the Head Chef.

This role offers Monday to Friday with some nights and weekends, a competitive salary of A$85,000 plus 12% Super, and a path to growth opportunities within Compass Group’s hospitality network.
