QP Audiologist - Gold Coast

We have a excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate QP Audiologist to join the team at our busy hearing clinics in Benowa and Southport, Queensland.
This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday, and is primarily based at our Benowa clinic.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Conduct comprehensive adult and paediatric audiological assessments in accordance with current best practice and the Company’s clinical protocols and communicate assessment results and subsequent recommendations.
- Perform paediatric testing including Visual Reinforcement Audiometry (VRA) and Conditioned Play Audiometry (CPA).
- Deliver individualised rehabilitation plans, including hearing aid selection, fitting, real‑ear verification (REM), and follow up care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and in line with with Medicare, HSP and DVA requirements.
- Meet our clients’ needs by providing appropriate and professional advice, services, and devices.
- Offer counselling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss management and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Participate in professional development and training to maintain current and diverse knowledge in your specialist areas of audiology.
What Do You Need to Be Successful in This Role?
- 3-5 years' experience in Adult Rehabilitation.
- Currently hold, or eligible for, full membership with AudA or ACAud inc. HASAA
- Strong audiological skills, with the ability to manage a high and varied caseload while demonstrating sound clinical judgement.
- Excellent customer care and service skills, with a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
- A commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships with clients and achieving the highest standards in audiological care.
- An understanding of, and commitment to, ensuring the commercial success of the business.
- A desire to support team members and nurture an inclusive and enthusiastic culture in the region.
- Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Dedication to staying updated with industry advancements.
