As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Client Partner to lead the design, coordination and delivery of our career, leadership and coaching programs. This role sits at the centre of how our work is delivered taking a client brief, shaping it into a program, coordinating the moving parts, and working alongside clients and our network of specialist consultants to bring it to life on time, on brief and to a high standard.

You will bring technical expertise from your own background, whether in organisational development, HR or learning and development, and apply it to design and deliver solutions that genuinely work for clients.

About the role

- Design and coordinate programs, working collaboratively with clients and our consultant network to shape career, leadership, coaching and HR programs and workshops.
- Project manage multiple programs and clients concurrently, maintaining tight timelines, logistics and communication.
- Deliver components directly where appropriate, which may include facilitating workshops or coaching sessions, or coordinating the right consultant to do so.




- Take ownership of the participant and client experience, including compliance and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate reporting and data across our systems, so both OnTalent and our clients can track the impact of the work.
- Identify opportunities for programs to grow or for OnTalent to provide further support, drawing on your close working relationship with clients.
- Contribute as part of a small, hands-on team where all members support one another beyond their immediate role.

About you

- Experience in program or project delivery, coordination or management, gained in organisational development, HR, learning and development, coaching, or a broader project management background.
- Robust organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative approach to program design, working with clients to build solutions rather than delivering them predetermined.
- Close attention to detail and compliance, particularly around documentation and process.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, suited to a fast-paced, small-business setting.
- A genuine interest in the people and outcomes behind every program.
