The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Contract Administrator to play an integral role on a $200M high‑rise residential development located on North Shore and a high‑end residential development located in the eastern suburbs.

You’ll be working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with an experienced Contract Manager, Director, Project Manager Site Managers, and Engineers—contributing to the delivery of a major project while developing your career in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

- Administer and oversee construction contracts in line with project goals and compliance requirements.
- Manage budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage expectations, resolve disputes, and negotiate favourable terms.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records including variations, progress claims,



and contract correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation, issuing, and evaluation of tender documents.
- Work closely with the broader delivery team to ensure timely and efficient contract administration.

Contract Administrator

- Minimum 5+ years of construction experience.
- Strong background on large‑scale mid‑tier commercial & class 2 residential projects.
- Proven leadership in contract management, budget oversight, and subcontractor negotiations.

Both Roles Require

- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Jobpac or Cheops.
