Junior Retail & Hospitality Team Members

Johnson Property Group is looking for enthusiastic Junior Retail & Hospitality Team Members to join our growing team on a casual basis, working across our retail and food outlets at Watagan Park in Cooranbong, NSW.

This is an exciting time to join us as we continue to grow and expand our retail and hospitality offering across the Watagan Park site. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a range of outlets, with new venues and opportunities emerging as the precinct continues to develop.

Whether you already have some retail, fast food or customer service experience, or you're looking for your first job, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for friendly, reliable people with a great attitude who are keen to learn and enjoy working as part of a team.

What you'll be doing

Depending on where you're working, your role may include:

- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, helpful service
- Serving customers and processing purchases using POS systems
- Taking and preparing food and beverage orders
- Restocking shelves, displays and service areas
- Assisting with basic food preparation
- Keeping retail, food service and customer areas clean and well presented
- Receiving and putting away stock
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements
- Working with your team to keep things running smoothly during busy periods
- Helping create a positive experience for every customer

Don't worry if you haven't done all of this before — training and support will be provided.

Experience is great,



but attitude is just as important. We're looking for people who:

- Are friendly, approachable and enjoy helping customers
- Have a positive attitude and are willing to learn
- Are reliable and work well as part of a team
- Are comfortable working in a busy environment
- Can follow instructions and use initiative when needed
- Take pride in keeping their workplace clean and presentable
- Are available for a range of shifts, including weekends, afternoons, evenings and school holidays
- Have previous retail, fast food or customer service experience – although this isn't essential
