Job Description

As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experienc in your designated outlet. Supporting the Executive Chef, you’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and creativity.

- Lead, mentor and inspire a talented kitchen team,

- Contribute to menu planning, cost control, and stock management
- Uphold food safety & hygiene, at all times (because nobody likes a dodgy prawn)
- Assist in driving culinary innovation and guest satisfaction
- Create memorable experiences one plate at a time
