Merimbula, NSW | Full-Time | $75,000-$90,000 + Super Are you an experienced Client Services Officer looking for your next prospect in financial planning?

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a growing financial planning practice in Merimbula. This is a great opportunity to work closely with an experienced adviser and play an important role in delivering a high level of service to clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Supporting the adviser with day-to-day client service and administration
- Preparing client files, forms, reports and documentation
- Assisting with SOAs and ROAs
- Managing the implementation of financial advice
- Preparing and following up investment, superannuation, retirement and insurance applications
- Maintaining accurate client information in XPLAN
- Assisting with XPLAN and Xtools+ cash flow modelling
- Liaising with product providers and insurers




- Following up outstanding applications and implementation requirements
- Assisting with research and preparation of recommendations
- Preparing reports and client meeting documents
- Providing a high level of professional and responsive client service

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in financial planning administration or client services
- Strong advice implementation experience
- Experience using XPLAN
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- RG146 is advantageous

What's On Offer:

- $75,000-$90,000 + super, depending on experience
