Mathematics Secondary Teacher (Years 7-12) – Full-time, Ongoing

We are seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and suitably qualified teacher to join our Mathematics team from Term 1, 2027. The successful candidate will be experienced in teaching VCE Mathematical Methods and General Mathematics with the ability to teach Specialist Mathematics considered a strong advantage.

The key role of this position is to provide contemporary teaching programs as part of a agile team of educators.

Key responsibilities

- Demonstrating passion and experience for teaching Mathematics across Years 7-12
- Teaching an education program that enables all students to achieve their highest potential
- Establishing a caring, supportive and engaging learning environment
- Providing feedback to students and parents via the Continuous Reporting system
- Developing and maintaining relationships and open communication with parents, colleagues and students
- A commitment to collaborating with colleagues in the planning, delivery and review of curriculum through the co-creation and refinement of shared resources
- A willingness to contribute actively to the cultural, pastoral and co-curricular life of the School
- Commitment to Occupational, Health and Safety and maintaining a secure and supportive environment
