Best Packaging Pty Ltd is a well-established packaging supply specialist committed to delivering exceptional product quality and service excellence. To maintain their high standard of daily operations and logistics efficiency, they are currently seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in Silverwater.

This is a Permanent Full-Time position offering an immediate start (notice periods will be respected as required).

Your main responsibilities and duties will include:-

- Directing a small team of 2-3 staff in daily workflow, task allocation, and logistics processes
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in receiving, product quality checks, picking, packing, and dispatching
- Working closely with sales staff regarding orders for walk-in customers and telephone enquiries
- Ensuring shipment accuracy and maintaining organized storage and inventory transactions
- Assisting with the hands-on loading and unloading of trucks using forklifts and manual handling
- Ensuring the warehouse, yard, and work vehicles (truck, vans, forklifts) are clean, tidy, organized,



and compliant with OH&S; requirements
- Delivering customer orders using company vehicles as required

Your experience, skill set and qualifications will include:-

- Current Forklift Licence and valid Driver's Licence (Essential)
- Established warehouse supervisory expertise with proven experience coordinating a small team
- Strong knowledge of conventional warehousing fundamentals and inventory control
- Basic computer skills, with experience using inventory systems highly regarded
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with management, drivers, office staff, and customers
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- A friendly and professional phone manner

Salary Range:-

Attractive base salary, dependent on experience level
