The Role You Could Play

As our Loyalty Operations Specialist, you’ll take ownership of the operational detail that keeps our Beauty Loop campaigns moving. You’ll love solving problems, making sense of data and keeping multiple moving pieces on track.

Lead the end-to-end operational planning and execution of Beauty Loop Bonus and Box campaigns, managing critical paths, timelines, production schedules and campaign readiness.

Manage Beauty Loop inventory allocation across stores, using data and insights to maximise availability, respond to customer demand and minimise stock risks.

Bring teams together across Retail, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Distribution Centre Operations and Ecommerce, leading regular cross-functional meetings and acting as a key operational contact for Retail.

Own in-campaign performance and sell-through reporting, proactively identifying risks, roadblocks and opportunities to make operational adjustments.

Maintain key operational tools and resources, including JIRA tickets, campaign packs, MECCAversity and MECCAbase content, while continuously looking for smarter ways of working.

What You Will Bring

- Experience as a Coordinator or Specialist in operations, project management or an inventory-focused role
- Experience partnering with distribution centre and retail teams, along with external partners will be highly regarded
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a genuine love of Excel, spreadsheets and turning data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage competing priorities, deadlines and dependencies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the confidence to facilitate meetings and collaborate with diverse teams.
- A continuous improvement mindset, AI literacy and a passion for the beauty and retail industry.
