Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across all departments, from entry-level to management positions.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruitment strategies, and provide market insights to support hiring decisions.

- Attract, source, assess, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple recruitment channels while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, candidate screening, interviews, reference and background checks, employment offers, contract preparation,



and offer negotiations.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future workforce requirements.

- Promote and strengthen the company's employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the overall recruitment experience.

- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process by liaising with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and department managers to ensure a smooth new starter experience.

Employee Lifecycle Management

- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data.

- Coordinate probation reviews and support managers with employee performance management processes.

- Manage employee offboarding, including resignation processing, exit interviews, final documentation, and coordination with relevant internal departments.

- Assist with HR administration, including payroll support, commissions, allowances, leave, and superannuation.

HR Compliance & Support

- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation updates.

- Assist with the administration of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) programs and ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.





- Provide HR advice and administrative support to managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters.

- Contribute to HR projects and undertake other ad hoc HR duties as required.

Key Skills & Experience

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.

- 2–4+ years' experience in recruitment, with strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment within the automotive, retail, or other fast-paced industries is highly regarded.

- Experience using recruitment platforms and HRIS/payroll systems.

- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

- High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Professional, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
