SRG Hospitality – Summer Salt Summer Salt is seeking a dedicated and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. Some of your main duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Manage day-to-day operations Hands on management role, customer service focused Recruitment and staff training
- Ensuring high levels of team performance We are looking for candidates with the following qualities: Relevant Diploma qualification and/or 1-3 years of relevant employment experience;
- Ability to multi-task, to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure; Reliable, punctual and trust worthy; High standard of personal presentation and hygiene;
- Must work well in a team workplace; Positive attitude and passion for cooking; Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations & requirements;
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. Job Type: Permanent Full-time Salary Package: $80,000 to $90,000 plus Super depending on qualifications and experience.
