$85,000 + 12% Super

- Mainly Monday to Friday, some nights and weekends required
- High volume, providing 5 star guest experience across all touch points

THE POSITION

- Produce all house-made breads and baked goods from scratch
- Lead, train and inspire a small team
- Ensure consistency, quality and efficiency in high-volume production
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and innovation
- Maintain top-tier food safety, allergen, and quality standards
- Drive organisation, workflow, and daily bakery operations

THE PERSON

- You’re a skilled baker and natural leader who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.




- Minimum 3 years’ professional baking experience
- Cert III in Baking (essential) or Cert III in Commercial Cookery and above
- Confident producing a wide range of artisan breads and baked goods
- Proven ability to lead a team and set standards
- Highly organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Passion for quality, consistency, and continuous improvement
