We are seeking a 3–6 month HR Business Partner to work with the CEO and leadership to implement our People Plan across workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, WHS, organisational design and staff development.

You will deliver strategic HR initiatives, oversee recruitment, wellbeing programs and staff engagement, and report on HR metrics to the Board.
