Position Overview

We are seeking experienced EWP Trainer & Assessors based in Victoria to join our growing team.

This opportunity is based at our Sunshine West training facility and involves delivering high-quality training and assessment in the following units of competency:

TLILIC0005 – Licence to Operate a Boom-type Elevating Work Platform

Weekend and evening courses are also available for those seeking additional contractor work or flexible side opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, practical and industry-relevant training and assessment
- Ensure all training and assessment is delivered in accordance with industry standards, safety requirements and RTO compliance obligations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, assessment documentation and related administrative requirements
- Support learners to achieve competency through quality facilitation and assessment practices
- Maintain current industry knowledge, including equipment, legislation and best practice
- Contribute positively to a professional, learner-focused training environment

Requirements

- Competency in at least one of the units listed above




- Current Accredited Assessor Card
- At least 2 years’ relevant industry experience,with the ability to demonstrate current industry skills and knowledge
- TAE40112, TAE40116 or equivalent training and assessment qualification
- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- A professional approach and genuine passion for helping others learn
- The ability to build rapport with students and deliver training in an engaging and supportive manner
