PRIMARY DETAIL The Registered Nurse (RN) role is an integral member of the multidisciplinary health care team that meets the diverse needs of patients using contemporary professional best practice standards.
The RN applies advanced risk assessments, plans interventions, and delivers care that is safe, appropriate and clinically effective.
The role of the RN incorporates the following but not limited to: unsupervised clinical practice, patient advocate, supervision and mentorship / preceptorship, counselling, interaction / liaison within a team as well as accurate and timely documentation.
Base salary from $82,666 - $110,115 + 12% superannuation + access to salary packaging via Maxxia to maximise your take home pay (including venue hire, meals, entertainment and novated leasing). Salary based on enterprise agreement and relevant nursing experience year level.
Permanent part-time position available (up to 32 hours per a week)

Macquarie University Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurses (RN Level 3 or above)
to join our highly regarded Ward 3E Neurosciences team on a permanent part-time basis (up to 32 hours per a week)

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse on Ward 3E Neurosciences, you will deliver high-quality, holistic nursing care to patients with a range of neurological and neurosurgical conditions.
Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe, effective and compassionate care throughout each patient's journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive nursing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for neurosciences patients in an acute inpatient setting.
