You’ll work closely with Managers and Partners on sophisticated client engagements while mentoring junior staff and continuing to deepen your technical and advisory capability.

Responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs
- Supporting advisory work across business structuring, tax planning, asset protection, and wealth strategies




- Preparing and reviewing monthly and quarterly management reports for larger, more complex client groups
- Supervising, coaching, and reviewing work completed by junior accountants
- Contributing to strong client relationships through clear communication and high-quality delivery
- Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice processes

Experience:

- 3–5 years’ experience in Australian public practice (business services, private clients, or advisory)
- CA or CPA qualified, or currently studying
- Solid Australian tax and technical knowledge (Division 7A, GST, FBT, SMSFs)
- Experience working with complex business structures and multi-entity groups
- Comfortable reviewing work and guiding junior staff
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
