Panorama Retreat & Resort in Kalorama is seeking a Head Chef to shape our culinary offering during a pivotal repositioning. This part time role focuses on conferences, corporate groups, and in-house dining, with occasional weekend work around weddings and major events. There is potential for transition to full-time as volumes grow.
You will lead the kitchen, influence menus, manage suppliers and build a brigade while maintaining our commitment to seasonal, produce-led dining in Victoria.
