About the role
This role plays a key part in protecting and enhancing the safety, amenity and wellbeing of the Macedon Ranges community through proactive compliance, community engagement and responsive field operations. Working across areas including animal management, parking, local laws, investigations and emergency response, the position provides a rewarding chance to make a direct and visible impact while supporting Council’s commitment to a safe, inclusive and well-managed community.
About you
We are seeking a motivated and community-focused individual who thrives in a agile field-based environment and can confidently balance education, customer service and enforcement outcomes. The successful candidate will bring strong communication and problem-solving skills, sound judgement, resilience in challenging situations, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team committed to delivering positive outcomes for the community
