About the Role
Build with one of Brisbane's leading concrete pool builders, working as the 2IC to the Site Supervisor across a robust pipeline of high-end residential pool and outdoor projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone with solid construction experience who wants to take on more responsibility,
develop their site management skills and work closely with an experienced Supervisor without having to carry the full weight of running the projects themselves.

You will be joining a leading Brisbane-based builder specialising in high-end residential pools and outdoor spaces. About You
You’ll be someone who understands how a construction site operates and is ready to take the next step into greater responsibility.
- Experience within pools, landscaping or residential construction
- Good understanding of construction processes and sequencing
- Confidence coordinating trades and keeping work moving
- Strong eye for detail and quality workmanship
- Ambition to develop into a Site Supervisor capable of running your own projects
