What We Offer
- Salary up to $90,000 – $110,000 + super
- $2,500 annual PD budget + 2 paid CPD days
- KPIs capped at 25 hours/week (including report writing) — designed for sustainability

Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech pathology services across communication and/or swallowing needs (paediatric and/or adult caseloads) within the clinic setting
- Tailor your caseload based on your interests, strengths, and experience
- Complete comprehensive assessments (communication and/or swallowing)
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans
- Deliver individual therapy and capacity‑building supports
- Support clients with:
- Speech and language development
- Social communication
- AAC systems and alternative communication supports
- Mealtime management and swallowing (if applicable)
- Write clear, functional clinical reports, including NDIS documentation and funding recommendations
- Collaborate closely with families, carers, support teams, educators, and other stakeholders
- Work alongside the multidisciplinary team to support holistic client outcomes
- Maintain clinical documentation in line with Speech Pathology Australia and organisational standards
About You
- You have at least 3 years’ experience and feel confident managing a caseload independently (with team support available)
- You’re proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- You have strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- You’re comfortable using digital systems and clinical platforms
- You have experience working within the NDIS
- You’re committed to evidence‑based, client‑centred practice
- You’re open to feedback and value ongoing learning and development
- You enjoy being part of a team and value connection, collaboration, and supporting those around you
Requirements
- Qualification in Speech Pathology
- Eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional indemnity insurance (can be arranged prior to commencement)
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
