About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Account Executive to join our team at our Lane Cove office in a full-time capacity. As an Account Executive, you will be the vital link between our clients and our creative and strategic teams. You will manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and ensure that our campaigns exceed expectations. This role is fundamental to our success, as you will be responsible for understanding client objectives, translating their needs into actionable briefs, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle. Your strategic thinking and client-focused approach will directly contribute to LEX Collective's reputation and growth.

Key responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client business objectives, marketing goals, and target audiences
- Translate client briefs into clear project requirements and communicate these to internal teams
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Prepare and present campaign proposals, strategies, and results to clients
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights to clients
- Identify opportunities to expand services and develop current business from existing accounts




- Collaborate with creative, media, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Maintain detailed project documentation and client records
- Manage client feedback and requests, ensuring quality standards are maintained

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in account management, preferably within an advertising or media agency environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
- Understanding of advertising, media, and marketing principles
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy in all deliverables
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
