This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced Men's Family Violence Pathways Practitioner at our Cranbourne North centre to join RAV.

About the role

Reporting to the Program Manager Family Violence, your responsibilities include undertaking eligibility and risk assessments, developing and implementing tailored case plans, providing high-quality professional case management and support, facilitating Men's Behaviour Change Programs, supporting family safety where required, and developing strong links with specialist services to address client needs and promote positive, safe and sustainable outcomes.

This role is located at Cranbourne North and is full-time permanent role, working five (5) days per week with the expectation that one day per week will be an evening shift. Part time availabilities (minimum of 4 days per week) can also be considered. The base salary range is $101,948 - $109,287 (pro-rata) per annum.

About you

- Preferable that you hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work or a related social science discipline, with knowledge and experience in family violence practice,



risk assessment and case management or relevant diploma qualifications and a graduate certificate in client assessment and case management (FV).
- You have demonstrated experience working with individuals and families experiencing family violence, with an understanding of its gendered nature and evidence-based engagement, assessment and intervention approaches.
- Preferable that you have experience working with adults using family violence.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders while managing competing priorities and challenging situations.
- You understand relevant family violence legislation and frameworks, including the Family Violence Protection Act 2008 and MARAM, and are committed to culturally responsive practice, client safety and ongoing career development.
