- Salary up to $140,000 + Super
- 3+ years' experience managing Shopify ecommerce websites with a strong CRO focus
- Gold Coast - fully office based
- Experience using Shopify, Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Strong experience using GA4 and tools such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Rather than simply driving more traffic, your focus will be on maximising the value of the visitors already coming to the site. You'll lead conversion optimisation initiatives, improve the mobile shopping experience, oversee landing pages and merchandising, and build a structured testing programme that delivers measurable commercial results.
- Own website conversion rate and revenue performance
- Optimise the customer journey, with a particular focus on mobile experience and checkout
- Improve product pages, merchandising and landing page performance
- Plan, execute and analyse A/B tests to continuously improve conversion
- Monitor website performance, site speed and technical health
- Use GA4, heat mapping and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement
