About the Role
We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing data team. This role sits at the heart of a fast‑paced organisation and involves working with a wide variety of stakeholders across product, marketing, finance and leadership teams. You’ll be responsible for delivering reliable reporting, developing professional dashboards, and responding to ad‑hoc data requests in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from core business systems.
- Design, build, and maintain high‑quality Tableau dashboards used by stakeholders across the organisation.
- Deliver regular and ad‑hoc reports to support operational and strategic decision‑making.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear, actionable insights.
- Operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities and reporting deadlines.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity of metrics and definitions.
- Support the Data & Analytics Lead in scaling reporting processes and improving data maturity.
What We’re Looking For
- 1‑3 years experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Knowledge of business requirements gathering, data profiling, and data/statistical analysis.
- Solid SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and working with large datasets.
- Experience building professional dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tools).
- Proven ability to deliver reports accurately and on time.
- A proactive and self‑motivated approach with a customer‑/stakeholder‑centric mindset.
- Comfortable engaging with a broad range of technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
