KPMS is seeking a qualified Social Worker with an interest in mental health, trauma and complex needs to join our in-house team in Camden. This role focuses on ensuring safe, stable and well-planned placements for young people aged 16+.
The successful candidate will bring experience or robust interest in mental health and trauma-informed practice. You will lead assessments, planning, risk management and work closely with local authorities, CAMHS, health professionals, families and internal teams
