Calvary Home Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the team based in the Hunter Region. The role is predominantly community based with opportunities to facilitate group interventions and virtual care within Calvary sites.
Your main duties include assessing clients to understand functional abilities, planning interventions to promote safety and independence, and supporting falls prevention and ADL participation. Experience with home modifications and assistive technologies is valued.
