Sea Lake Pharmacy are seeking an experienced and dedicated Managing Pharmacist to join us on a full time basis, keeping things running smoothly in our welcoming, no methadone, rural pharmacy.

Duties & responsibilities:

- Accurately and efficiently dispense prescriptions
- Manage stock levels and reorder medications as needed
- Open and close the pharmacy
- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff
- Perform medication checks and vaccinations for patients
- Accurately and Efficiently perform tasks consistent with Victorian Pharmacy Authority (VPA) Standards.
- Claim 8CPA for services such as DAAs
- Solve problems such as broken printers or missed deliveries as they arrive
- Maintain and perform QCPP accreditation requirements
- Handle Webster packing Checking for a group of 80 patients
- Fill daily request of local Nursing Home - Bestmed Experience favourable but not essential

Experience & attributes:

- Prior experience in a similar Pharmacy Management role
- Possess a Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Registration with AHPRA to practice as a Pharmacist




- Great leadership and delegation skills with your team of colleagues
- Excellent time management skills (average of 90 scripts dispensed per day)
- Familiarity with a wide array of pharmacy related software
- Keen problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work to meet set targets
- A business minded approach to running the pharmacy
- Preferable but not essential Experience using BestMed
- Usual hours of 9am to - 5:30pm Mon- Fri, 9am to 12pm Sat
- Attractive salary & 1.5 penalties for any hours worked over 38 per week
