Join a motivated and supportive team working across large-scale remote projects, ensuring safe and efficient lifting and structural removal works are completed to a high standard.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Rigger in shutdown, structural removal, or heavy industrial environments
- Current High Risk Work Licence for Rigging (Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced)
- Proven experience with heavy lifts, slinging complex loads, and directing cranes
- Strong safety focus and commitment to teamwork
- Ability to follow instructions, lift plans, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Current Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets (highly regarded)
- White Card and current Driver’s Licence

Key Responsibilities

- Safely sling, hoist,



and direct heavy materials and structural components
- Work closely with crane operators and supervisors to execute complex and heavy lifts safely
- Inspect, maintain, and correctly store all rigging equipment (slings, shackles, chains) and report any defects
- Assist with controlled dismantling, structural removal, and installation works
- Strictly follow all site safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and engineered lift plans
- Work collaboratively with the wider shutdown team to ensure project deadlines are met safely
- Maintain work areas to safe operating standards

- FIFO swing 3 weeks on, 1 week off (3:1 roster)
