Looking for a physiotherapy role where you can build your clinical skills without being overwhelmed by an unrealistic caseload?
Join Health Next Door, a growing national mobile physiotherapy service where clinicians typically see around 5 clients per day, work within daily defined local areas, and receive genuine clinical support from day one.
Whether you're a new graduate looking for a strong start to your career or an experienced physiotherapist seeking greater autonomy and work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.
About Health Next Door
Health Next Door is a growing mobile physiotherapy service delivering care across paediatrics, neurological rehabilitation, aged care, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, WorkCover, CTP and private clients.
We believe great physiotherapy takes time. Our clinicians aren't expected to rush from appointment to appointment or spend their day driving across Brisbane. Instead, we focus on building genuine, long-term therapeutic relationships and giving our physiotherapists the time, autonomy and support to provide high-quality care.
Your Next Opportunity
You’ll have a manageable caseload of around 5 client visits per day, with services covering the following areas:
- North Brisbane: Chermside, Caboolture and surrounding areas
- South Brisbane: Logan, Redlands, Eight Mile Plains and surrounding areas
- West Brisbane: Ipswich and surrounding areas
- East Brisbane: Cleveland and surrounding areas
- Gold Coast: One day per week
You’ll receive a company car, fuel card and toll tag, so you don't need to put your own vehicle on the road for work.
In return, you'll have a supportive environment, genuine control over your caseload and the opportunity to focus on what matters most: providing outstanding clinical care and helping your clients achieve meaningful outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Provide physiotherapy to clients in their homes and community settings
- Work with a varied caseload across paediatric, neurological, aged care and musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients, families and support networks
- Collaborate with senior clinicians and other allied health professionals where appropriate
- Manage your daily schedule with dedicated time for documentation and administration
- Develop your clinical skills with support from experienced clinicians
What You'll Get
- 84,000 base salary + superannuation
- Company car + fuel card + toll tag
- Manageable caseload of around 5 client visits per day
- Structured onboarding and clinical support – Our onboarding program includes training modules and 1:1 mentoring with experienced clinicians to help you build confidence and independence.
- Professional development – Access in-house professional development delivered by senior clinicians, as well as funded external PD courses and conferences.
- Clear career progression – You'll have defined career milestones so you know what your next step is and what you need to achieve to get there.
- Regular clinical support – Team CPD sessions, clinical case discussions and opportunities to learn from other clinicians.
Who We're Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration, or eligibility upon graduation
- A genuine passion for helping people achieve meaningful functional outcomes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, motivated and self-driven approach
- The ability to work independently in a community/mobile environment
- A valid Australian driver's licence
- Australian working rights
New graduates are encouraged to apply. You don't need to have years of experience. We care about your attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to providing great patient care.
Experienced physiotherapists are equally welcome and will have the autonomy to bring their existing clinical skills and experience to the role.
