Australian College of Nursing is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist for the Older Persons Mental Health Service in Launceston, Tasmania. The CNS will provide expert assessment, short-term interventions, and care coordination to support older Tasmanians to remain at home and reduce hospital admissions.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering education and consultancy to healthcare professionals, families, and carers, and contribute to service development and quality improvement
