The Identity Clinic is a Mental Health clinic (Private Practice) with a special focus on the LGBTQIA+ Community, more specifically the Transgender, Gender Diverse and Non-binary populations. Our team has a mission to help our community feel supported by health care professionals that have a prime focus of providing support, guidance, education and above all, gender/queer affirming care.

The Identity Clinics intentions are clear, we are here and we are queer! We are here to provide our community with the gender affirming care that has long gone under resourced and over stigmatised. We envision a world where our communities live in peace, feel safe in all spaces, feel at home and confident within themselves.

We understand this will take time, we understand this will take education for the wider community and for an organisation to put our community at the forefront of their mission. Our Rainbow community is far too precious to continue to be under resourced and overlooked.

What's on offer:

- 3-5 days per week.

- Salary between $90,000 - $120,000

- Full administrative and clinical support.

- Ongoing group supervision.
