Join our growing team and work closely with the HR Team and key stakeholders across the organisation in all aspects of the employee life cycle.
You will coach, advise and guide leaders on initiatives relating to organisational performance, performance management, employee wellbeing, enhancing capability, workers compensation, return to work, employee engagement, organisational culture and change management.

Key responsibilities include
- Consult with leaders, providing HR advice and services in relation to aspects across the employee life cycle.
- Support leaders to effectively manage employment relations issues.
- Oversee the case management of employment relations issues.
- Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to developing and implementing a contemporary and fit for purpose people plan.
About You
- Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, inspire proactive action and influence change.
- Solid understanding of the SCHADS Award.
- Experience managing complex workplace relations issues and making sound recommendations.
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to the employment relationship.
- Experience in the not-for-profit or community services sector (preferred).
To be successful you will have
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Employee Working with Children Check; (or willingness to obtain).
- NDIS Worker Screening check (or willingness to obtain).
- Right to work in Australia.

We also work with the Department of Families, Fairness, and Housing (DFFH) to provide outreach and residential care for children and adolescents at risk. We provide a wide range of person-centred services for adults, adolescents, and children with disability or complex care needs along with their families.
