- Build and maintain relationships with buyers' agents, mortgage brokers, and referral partners
- Accurately log all leads, interactions, and sales activity in Salesforce, ensuring pipeline data is current and reportable
- Use Salesforce dashboards/reports to track individual KPIs,
conversion rates, and forecast sales against project targets
- Work closely with legal/settlements teams to ensure smooth contract execution and after-sales service
- Stay current on local property market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
- Achieve individual and team sales targets across allocated development(s)
Key Requirements

- Current real estate license/certificate of registration (as required by state/territory legislation)
- Demonstrated experience using Salesforce CRM (lead management, opportunity tracking, reporting/dashboards)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain contract terms, deposit bonds, and settlement processes clearly to buyers
- Self‑motivated with strong time management and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work weekends/evenings for display suite hours and client appointments as required
