Base pay range

A$140,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr

The Company

- High-end residential and commercial builder.
- Specialise in architectural residential new builds, renovations and extensions, and commercial new builds and fit outs.
- Projects range in value from $2m to $15m.
- Have been in business for over 20 years.
- Office based in South West Sydney - Liverpool.

About The Project Manager job role

- Project planning and programming.
- Procurement.
- Project administration.
- Use of Procore and MS Project.
- Salary from $140,000 to $200,000 plus super.

Skills & Experience for Project Manager vacancy

- Building qualifications (Project Management,



Construction Management, Architecture etc) or trade background (Carpenter to Site Manager).
- Demonstrated experience of working on residential construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Positive client facing and relationship building skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction process from start to finish, including all regulations.
- Ability to lead projects and to manage teams both internally and externally.
- Good level of IT literacy.
