This is a fixed term, full-time position commencing in October 2026 up until July 2027 with possible extension (12 months) and/or permanency

The School Curriculum and Standards Division provides administrative and secretariat services for, and implements the decisions of the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (the Authority). The Authority provides quality curriculum, assessment and standards to enable all Western Australian students to become confident, creative learners and active, informed citizens who contribute positively to society.

The Role

The successful applicant will provide Tier 2 Information Technology (IT) support services through the help desk function, ensuring timely resolution of alerts, incidents, and complex service requests related to computing and telecommunication systems. Responsibilities include deployment and secure disposal of IT equipment, monitoring and managing of endpoints, servers and systems while maintaining accurate records. The position also implements and monitors the Division's backup systems processes and ongoing management of the Divisions IT asset register including procurement of software and hardware.
