Multi Site Residential Aged Care Manager

Sanctuary Recruitment are looking for an experienced residential aged care leader looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact across two close-knit residential homes, for a NSW client.

We are seeking a Roving Care Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership across two small residential aged care homes, in 3 locations of NSW. Reporting to the Regional Manager, with a dotted line to the Facility Managers, you will play a key role in supporting quality care outcomes, compliance, team development, and resident wellbeing and will split your time equally between both sites.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected, values-driven aged care provider with a strong reputation for delivering person-centred care and fostering supportive workplace cultures.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated leadership experience within residential aged care.
- Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong clinical assessment and care management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A collaborative and hands-on leadership style.
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
