Saul's Grading & Earth Worx is seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our growing civil construction team. We specialise in road construction, subdivisions and major civil infrastructure projects. We are looking for a motivated operator who takes pride in producing quality work and has a strong commitment to safety.
Key responsibilities
- Operate modern grader equipment on civil construction projects
- Final trim, roadworks and maintenance grading
- Complete daily pre-starts and basic machine maintenance
- Work closely with supervisors and project teams to deliver high-quality results
About you
- Current Grader VOC (Verification of Competency) - essential
- White Card
- Current driver's licence
- Robust work ethic and reliable attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
