The Opportunity;
As a Carpenter, you will be providing maintenance services to Council facilities and the homes within the community while working and mentoring employees in the Building, Construction and Maintenance team.
What we're looking for;
- Certificate III in Carpentry
- Current White Card
- Current Queensland C Class Driver Licence (Open unrestricted)
- Relevant carpentry, building repair and maintenance experience
- Experience supervising, guiding or training apprentices or other workers.
- Experience working in a remote Aboriginal community would be highly regarded.
